The Role
MZ Wallace is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with the entire marketing team to support the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for our brand. This role will touch all areas of the marketing team to drive efficiency throughout each function. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues on campaign planning, implementation, and monitoring across digital, CRM/loyalty, social, email, and SMS.
- Support marketing strategy and execution for all paid media programs.
- Prepare, test, and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities and new ideas for testing, personalizing, or launching new lifecycle campaigns and flows to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Serve as the team's primary reporting resource by pulling metrics and generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze marketing insights and performance metrics, translating findings into actionable recommendations for the team.
- Partner closely with the Creative team to create and manage Airtable tickets and project timelines, ensuring all creative deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Lead marketing asset review meetings and ensure feedback is addressed to keep projects moving forward and on schedule.
- Monitor the marketing landscape and retail competitors to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for the brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years experience in marketing or relevant internship experience
- Experience and familiarity with CRM tools such as Klaviyo
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
